Welcome to the Kytchen Wytch Collective!

“In the Kytchen Wytch Collective, It’s not just a place to put forth Ideas and knowledge, but a space which leaves you enough room for you to follow your own innate knowing.

To take Ideas and information, and adapt them to your own reality and truth.” ~ Sylvia Dardha

kitchen witch, sometimes called a cottage witch[1] or a “Scandinavian” kitchen witch doll, is a poppet or homemade doll resembling a stereotypical witch or crone displayed in residential kitchens as a means to provide good luck[2] and ward off bad spirits.[3] ~ taken from Wikipedia

Before we get into some really special thought processes here, I figured it would be appropriate to introduce, not only myself, but what is, the Kytchen Wytch Collective?

Firstly, above the header you will see a widgets tab and search tab, click on it and down will fall your links to, The Kytchen Wytch Facebook page, an option to be notified via email on new Kytchen Wytch posts, an easy way to veiw The latest posts, about me and eventually when there are enough blogs to search through, a search option. I like keeping it simple and friendly.

My Name is Sylvia Dardha, I am a mother, business owner, teacher of/and vibrational therapist, artist, writer, raw food and wholistic nutrition enthusiast and creatrix of all in my world.

Over the last 10 years I have practiced, studied and researched wholistic modalities and Ideas.

Since a young child, I practiced rituals and spell casting, herbal and crystal essences and tinctures, energy healing and psychic arts in solitary, as no one around me took interest in the same arts as I.

Around the age of Nine, the first book that captured me, was from my Mother’s Readers Digest collection, Into the Unknown and Mysteries of the Unexplained.

At Eleven, I purchased my first Book at a Trash and Treasure, ‘ The Fortune Tellers’ Published by Black Watch in 1974. It became my Bible for learning Divination rituals, numerology, palm reading and many other interests.

On my seventeenth Birthday, my Mother bought me my first Deck of Tarot Cards, the Rider Deck. 15 years on, and I still struggle to read the Tarot on how it was intended. I love the Tarot, but it simply is not for me to read.

To this Day I can only rely on cards as a simple trigger on my own inner knowing, rather than an interpretation of symbols and numbers.

In 2001 I completed by distant education, a course on Natural therapies, Introducing me to the world of Massage, aromatherapy, homeopathy, iridology and flower essence therapy.

By this time I was a qualified Beauty Therapist, and would make my own handcrafted treatment products in Salon.

In 2004 I began my journey in Massage, which strengthened my natural abilities and passion in nurturing people. I completed training in Swedish relaxation, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage, Myofascial Release  and Indian Head massage.

Thanks to my teacher, Julie Murphy, this lead me into the world of Reiki and Vibrational Therapies. A world in which I was always connected, but it finally had a name. At the Age of Twentyfour, I finally felt understood, not only by others in my like minded circle, but more importantly, by myself.

From that moment on, life changed, and with it came the birth of my Son, Divorce, lost friendships, business ‘Failure’,  many books, courses, spiritual learnings, followings and regimes. Lifestyle changes, reassessment, success and humility; an abundance of experiences.

All this has led me here, sharing with you, not soley my expertise, but my musings, my ideas and my own creativity, with you, and how ever you choose to accept it.

The Kytchen Wytch Collective is about creating a life from a Wholistic perspective. Not just selectively focusing on one aspect of life, but creating in all areas of it, at one time for more than one purpose.

But what is the linking factor in achieving this?

Your Intuition!

In the Kytchen Wytch Collective, It’s not just a place to put forth Ideas and knowledge, but a space which leaves you enough room for you to follow your own innate knowing.

To take Ideas and information, and adapt them to your own reality and truth.
